These terms govern the use of Salvo, the shared WhatsApp inbox at app.salvobulk.com. By using Salvo, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
Salvo lets a business connect its WhatsApp numbers to a shared inbox, where its team can answer customers without seeing their phone numbers. The specific features, number of connected numbers and agents, and pricing are agreed with each customer.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use every WhatsApp number you connect, and you are responsible for the conversations handled through it.
- You must comply with WhatsApp's terms and policies and with the laws that apply to you, including data protection and anti-spam laws.
- You are responsible for your team's accounts, for keeping credentials secure, and for the permissions you give each person.
- You must not use Salvo to send unsolicited messages, to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to try to get around security or access controls.
Salvo connects to WhatsApp the same way WhatsApp Web does. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers based on its own rules, and we cannot control or reverse those decisions.
Fees
Fees are set out in your agreement or quote. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
Availability
We aim to keep Salvo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may briefly disconnect numbers, which then reconnect automatically. We may change or improve features over time.
Your data
You own your conversations and customer data. We handle them as described in our privacy policy, only to provide the service to you.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Salvo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Salvo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by WhatsApp against your numbers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, and disputes are subject to the courts of Albania.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Salvo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
